Syrian regime has increased the tax on the goods and food entering the rebel-held Daraa province in a step pushing for more harsh living conditions, activists said.
Every food staple and anything enter the southern province via the the new crossing point in Kherbat Gazaleh town should be fined, activist said.
In response, Asoud al-Sunnah, Free Syrian Army unit operating in Kherbat Gazaleh declared the town a military zone, warning residents from dealing with the regime or paying taxes.
Asoud al-Sunnah said it will target the crossing point and any group or persons coordinate with the regime forces.
