UN and Syrian regime delegates met with ISIS commanders in southern district of Damascus to seal an agreement allowing fighters of the radical group to leave the capital toward Syrian desert, well-informed sources said Wednesday.
The long-awaited deal is due to eliminate all rebels and jihadist from Yarmouk Camp and al-Hajer al-Aswad south of Damascus except the eastern district.
