Army's mortar rounds kill 5 civilians in Eastern Ghouta
 At least 5 civilians killed in regime mortar rounds pounded Misraba suburbs in eastern Ghouta district near the capital, local monitoring group said on Tuesday.
 
Mahmoud Qadado, Head of Civil Defense in Misrata was also killed when a mortar shell hit the White Helmets rescuing vehicle.
 
Despite the Russian-brokered truce that reached in August in the embattled Eastern Ghouta suburbs, fighting has renewed this week.
 
Failaq al-Rahman on Sunday said it had ambushed army's elite forces in Jobar neighborhood near Damascus, killing at least 25 soldiers, the key rebel group said in statement.
   
In relevant development, 12 local councils  Eastern Ghouta demanded Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) to end its presence in the eastern districts of Damascus..
 
The civil society and armed groups in Ghouta asked the fighters of formerly knows as Nusra Front to join moderate Free Syrian Army or to leave to Idlib province.
 
The Russian-brokered de-escalation agreement urged all armed parties to respect the deal, such a demand finds support of residents who suffer at least 6 years of daily bombing and sever blockade.
 
The evacuation policy for hardline fighters, including ISIS and al-Qaeda members, has turned regime’s first agenda to secure the capital and surrounding districts.
