Damascus, SANA- 125 new coronavirus cases, 95 recoveries and 6 deaths were recorded in Syria on Saturday, according to the Health Ministry.
The Ministry said in a statement that the total number of the coronavirus cases detected in Syria has climbed to 47,901, while the recoveries have amounted to 28,243, and the reported fatalities have reached up to 2, 699.
The first case of the COVID-19 registered in Syria was on March 22nd last year in a person who came from abroad, while the first fatality was on the 29th of the same month.
