Lattakia, SANA- Hmeimim–based Russian Coordination Center distributed on Wednesday a batch of food aid to citizens of Fattiro village in Lattakia countryside.
Lieutenant commander, Alexei Belochnikov, who is responsible for distributing aid, noted in a statement to SANA reporter that the food aid provided is estimated at approximately 3 tons and consists of various foodstuffs such as sugar, rice, oil, flour, and tea.
In turn, a number of people expressed their gratitude to the Russian friends for supporting the Syrian people in light of the current difficult economic conditions resulting from the unjust siege on Syria.
