At least 26 persons injured in police station fire in Egypt


Cairo, SANA- A huge fire broke out at a police headquarters in the Egyptian city of Ismailia on Monday, leaving at least 25 persons injured according the Egyptian Health Ministry.

Of 26 wounded who were transferred to the hospitals, 24 had suffered from “asphyxiation” and two from burns, Al-Ahram website reported.

No fatalities immediately have been reported, and hospitals have been placed on alert.
