Occupied Jerusalem,SANA-The great global solidarity and sympathy with the Palestinian people afflicted by the Israeli aggression, has moved from the streets and squares of most of the world’s cities and capitals to the stands of stadiums, especially European ones.
Most of the continent’s football clubs imposed the restrictions and bans on their players and fans in away to prevent them from expressing their support for Palestine, and threatening those who do so with harsh penalties.
The fans of Scottish club Celtic began their sympathy on the second day of the aggression , in a match with Kilmarnock in the local league, raised banners of support and solidarity with the Palestinian people, with the words “Freedom for Palestine” and “Victory for the Resistance”.
Fans of Spanish club Osasuna raised Palestinian flags in a match with Granada in the local league last Friday in support of the Palestinian people, especially Gaza Strip and fans of Spanish Real Sociedad also raised Palestinian flags during their team’s match on Saturday against Real Mallorca, in solidarity with Gaza, which has been subjected to Israeli aggression since October 7th.
