Damascus, SANA-President Bashar al-Assad on Thursday issued Law No. 20 for 2023 stipulating the appointment of delegates for doctorate degree according to legislative decrees No. 45 for 2008 and No.4 of 2016 without any notice, announcement or test.
The law includes those members of the educational board of universities or any one of the higher institutes linked to Ministry of Higher Education.
