Fierce fighting reported between ISIS and Kurdish militias in the southern countryside of Hasaka province as tens of families have been fleeing their villages near al-Shadadi town, activists said Tuesday.
Malaz Yousef, Hasaka-based activist, said the Islamic State launched major offensive on PYD militants, starting with 6 suicide bombing, leaving dozens killed and wounded. The radical groups has also used Grad missiles and artillery shells.
