The death toll of Monday's Russian airstrikes on rural Hama province rose to 15, mostly fmembers of displaced family, local activists said.
The Russian airstrikes hit the ISIS-held village of Aqrabat on Monday inthe eastern countryside of Hama province.
Aqarabat is located near to Salamiya town where skirmishes always take place between ISIS fighters and pro-regime militias.
