Syrian regime has redeployed troops near Jabal al-Akrad area in the coastal Latakia province, eyewitness told Zaman al-Wasl Sunday.
The Brigade 103, a Republican Guards unit, has been replaced by special forces from Brigade 53 besides militants from the paramilitary National Defense group.
