Four members of Asayish, Kurdish Police force, were killed on Monday when a car bomb set off near their base in Hasaka province, residents and Asayish said.
The ISIS blast targeted a center for the domestic Kurdish force in Manajeer village near Kobani town, Asayish said in statement.
Asayish runs the security in the autonomous Kurdish cantons as the backbone of Kurdish army, YPG, leads a U.S.-backed alliance against ISIS in Raqqa in northeastern Syria.
