Saraya Ahl al-Sham has reached a deal with Hezbollah militia and the regime army to halt fighting in Juroud Arsal at the Syrian-Lebanese border, spokesman of the group told Ammar Johmani.
The cessation of fighting began at early Sunday as the warring parties agreed that Saraya Ahl al-Sham will withdraw to al-Ruhaiba town in Eastern Qalamoun, Omar la-Sheikh said.
Meanwhile, Hezbollah fighters captured more territory from Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, an alliance led by al Qaeda's former Syria branch, in fierce fighting in Arsal outskirts Sunday, the third day of an offensive that looks set to clear the area of militants, according the Lebanese Daily Star.
