At least 722 people killed in August by warring parties in Syria as the U.S.-led coalition killed more than 225 people in deadly airstrikes on ISIS-held areas in eastern Syria, the Syrian Network for Human Rights said in report.
The de-escalation zone agreements have lessen the death toll, making the regime army in the second rank after U.S. airstrikes that killed about 110 children.
107 people have been killed by the hardline groups, including 22 children, 13 women, the Britain-based monitor said.
The Kurdish forces killed 54 people, including 10 children and 7 woemen while the rebel factions killed 13 people, including 5 children.
