Moscow, SANA- Russian Defense Ministry announced Tuesday that 39 Ukrainian drones were downed and destroyed over several Russian districts.
“The aerial defense systems thwarted on Monday attempts by Kyiv regime to carry out drones’ terrorist attacks on Russian territory,” Sputnik quoted defense ministry as saying in a statement, adding that 39 Ukrainian drones were downed, among which 24 drones over Rostov Oblast district and the others were downed over several districts.
Ukrainian forces target Russian border areas in Crimea and Belgorod districts with drones and missiles almost daily, leaving casualties among civilian.
