U.S.-led coalition airstrikes on Thursday killed a mother and her four children in the western countryside of Raqqa city, local activist told Ammar Johmani .
The indiscriminate U.S. strikes have killed about 250 people in March, a scaring death toll as Washington put its heavy weight to expel ISIS from the de facto capital, backing Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces with aerial and ground shelling.
