U.S.-led Coalition airstrikes killed three shepherds on Friday in the southern countryside of Hasaka, medics told Ammar Johmani.
The U.S. strikes targeted sheep herds in an ISIS held territory near Markada, the last ISIS stronghold in the southern countryside of Hasaka province.
Last Wednesday, the strikes also killed 12 people, mostly relatives and family members, were fleeing ISIS areas to Hasaka.
The deadly aerial campaign in support for Kurdish-led forces fighting ISIS in northeastern Syria has killed about 200 people this week. Still no concrete condemnation issued against the US aerial campaign as almost 1000 people have been killed since June in Syria only.
South of Hasaka, seven rebel factions operating under Elite Forces in joined the U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces on Friday, according to a statement posted online.
The factions which mostly formed by tribesmen have defected from the Saudi-backed group led by Ahmed Jarba, the former head of Syrian National Coalition.
Two weeks ago, the U.S. army has deployed troops in a territory controlled by the defected tribesmen north of Deir Ezzor province.
Meanwhile, Ahmed Abu Khawla, head of the Deir al-Zor military council which fights under the SDF, told Reuters the assault might begin "within several weeks" in parallel with the battle for Raqqa city.
The SDF alliance of Kurdish and Arab militias has been fighting to seize Raqqa from Daesh with the help of airstrikes and special forces from the U.S.-led coalition.
