Damascus, SANA- 44 New Covid-19 cases in addition to 295 recoveries and 3 deaths were recorded in Syria on Monday, Health Ministry said.
Till now, the total number of infections registered in Syria has reached up to 51,029, of which 36,498 have recovered while 2,971 have passed away, according to a statement by the ministry.
On March 22nd 2020, the first coronavirus case was detected in the country in a person who came from abroad, meanwhile the first fatality was on 29th of the same month
